Every section includes quantities, unit rates, regional pricing and clearly stated assumptions.
Our AI achieves 85-90% accuracy on items calculated directly from your drawings. Items that depend on site conditions are clearly flagged as allowances requiring verification. This is standard QS practice. Every report includes a full assumptions and exclusions section so you always know what the numbers are based on.
We cover house extensions, new builds, loft conversions and refurbishments of all sizes. If you have architectural drawings we can produce a cost plan. The more detail your drawings contain the more accurate the output.
